Any form of abuse that results in violence is a learned behavior, and it can be unlearned. However, we must stop using excuses and take accountability for our actions. As I always say, an excuse is nothing more than a guarded lie that benefits only the person giving it. .

Taking accountability helps you grow and rise above your circumstances. Seek help to end the abuse, and stop gaslighting, manipulating, deflecting, projecting, and placing blame and shame, because love should never hurt
